I came to visit Gill for a lymphatic drainage massage due to severe water retention from frequent travelling/flying abroad. Gill's treatment changed my life. I was up and running in an hour. Thereafter, Gill is my go-to person. She is taking care of sore muscles, bad posture, back pain- her anatomy knowledge is amazing, she is a great physio and an amazing person.

I had problems with my shoulder and leg. Gill did a combination of physiotherapy and massage, and gave me exercises to do at home also. Towards the end of my treatment, I also had complementary holistic therapy. I can't emphasise how much these treatments have helped. Gill is so friendly and helpful, explaining all the treatments as she works. I have enjoyed my treatments at Colchester Holistic health so very much- I would thoroughly recommend Gill. She is extremely knowledgeable, and puts you at ease immediately. Thank -you.

I saw Gill after having surgery for mld treatment, I was also suffering with serve sciatica, Gill was amazing firstly she gave me a ball and showed me how to use it , I used it twice and it changed my life , my pain went , with the mld Gill is so understanding and explains everything to you in depth , Gill is so calm , professional and a lovely lady ,i was nervous at first but Gill made me feel relaxed and in good hands , I highly recommend Colchester holistic health clinic .

After putting off going to get it looked at for ages, Gill figured out what was causing my pain and resolved it in one visit. Absolutely fantastic!
