Staff pleasant friendly and efficient. Have only used pharmacies in Northampton and boots in colchester and I didn't realise they could be like Hythe. You should operate a training programme for others! Fantastic service and fast!!

I was advised to go to this chemist after having many issue with my local one. I was told that they are really amazing and reliable. They're good if you go in there to collect but so far pretty much all of my deliveries have not come. It's not just the elderly that have problems getting out (as was insinuated by a couple of the staff). I have neurological disease, much like MS, which affects my legs and other parts of my body and a genetic connective tissue disorder called Ehler Danlos Syndrome, which affects every tissue through my body, causing extensive problems also. So far I've had to spend a fortune on taxis to go there and back and I was left without medication since before Xmas with more problems. I've been too unwell and too unsteady to even get a taxi. Given some of the comments I've had I think the pharmacy needs to vastly educate their staff around such things. Pretty disgusting really!! If they weren't so good when going in, due to the lack of queues I'd have given just one star! I've now got to go through changing chemist again!
