Absolutely dreadful. Boots have a policy in place for next day medication pick up if you order it day before. This was not the case here, me and two family members have run out of what we need & the closest boots were able to get these things in is 5 days, which is of no use whatsoever. Do not reccomend coming here if you have medical conditions that require you to be taking medication on a day-to-day basis. May I add, all of our prescriptions were for pick up asap. A few tablets were on the shelves right in front & they said that there weren't any left. There is no reason for lying or making this much more complicated than it has to be Transfered to Lloyds and they sorted us out there & then, no problem at all. Can't believe boots have been messing with all of us for years & years, this would happen with delivery too. Boots would forget half the medication, not because they were out as they would offer pick up asap after a complaint.

I had a flu vaccination cancelled 4 hours before it was due. I'd taken time of work to get it done. I was told they don't get the daily list of appointments until that morning so hadn't got stock. A total waste of time and lost earnings.

Be nice if they didn't constantly close without any warning because of staff shortages...
