Twice in a row now Lloyds have waited until I arrive to collect a prescription ( after a weeks notice) to say we dont have all the medication . No apology, no explanation, and clearly no attempt in the week prior to seeking to collect the medication by them to obtain it. Boots on the other hand have both times filled the prescription without notice. Shame on you for lack of customer service Lloyds. Needless to say I have now transferred preferred pharmacy with my GP.

Appalling service, and not for the 1st time. Tried more than 50 times over 2 days to get through on the phone to report medication not being delivered. Eventually spoke to someone and was promised my Mothers prescription would be delivered yesterday. Still not there today and she has run out of urgent heart medication. Could not get through on the phone again today. Would like to say though that the person who does deliver it is helpful and very nice.
