Amazing Experience !!! I have a nervous large breed who is suspicious about people and very picky over who he likes. Previous groomers havent been able to get close enough to trim his nails but the two lovely ladies who groomed him did an amazing job!! I went in feeling anxious thinking he wouldnt even walk in and we would be straight back out, but left feeling over the moon with the treatment he received. The two ladies were just amazing and I would 100% trust him in their care again. I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful groom as he looks so handsome and happy ! I booked here as I had a voucher sent to me and we are really pleased with the outcome. Our pooch smelled lovely & looked like a super - pooch ! He was very bouncy & happy when I saw him through the perspex when collecting & the groomer seemed very knowledgeable. Ours is a large breed with a lot of long flowing locks growing in different directions so not an easy customer. Would use The Groom Room again & recommend.

Over a month waiting list, with 2 labradoodles I couldnt wait that long. I have given 5 stars because staff were nice and friendly. Cant say if it was fully booked because they are good or because its in the shop and its convenient. Had to go somewhere else in the end

I booked in a grooming appointment for my dog and arrived for said appointment to be told I would be charged 10% more due to a price increase. As is common knowledge, this is against consumer law so I won't be going back. I was also upset that there was a dog in a cage sounding very distressed and crying a lot when I arrived to drop off my dog.
