Absolutely horrendous hair cuts on my 2 shih tzu babies going to cost me another 70 to rectify the groom on them my dog is not aggressive as you state I told you that he did not like the hairdryer in his face you never even tried to get the knots out of his ears as I asked and did not cut any part of his head or face the scruff of his neck and ears were still wet when I picked him up you are moaning about being a lone groomer well my normal groomer is a lone groomer and never had any trouble with either of my boys I am going to take Ollie there to sort the mess out on him that you made I will not be recommending you as a groomer to anyone I know and maybe you should take up another profession as you cannot seem to cope with an 11 month old puppy shih tzu who is a little boisterous far from aggressive 1st pic after 3 hrs with you 2nd after 45 mins with my normal groomer

Great, genue and caring groomer. My dog was very matty and she done absolute great job. In the past we had similar issue and groomer shave our dog, but Scruff to Fluff took their time and sort the matty fur without shaving. Already booked our next visit.

Didn't like set up her dogs were barking all the time, one don't like other dogs, made my girl scared, she cut one side of her face and not the other, cut wasn't great, think she seems to nervous which isn't good
