If i could give 0 stars I would. Do not recommend. On Wednesday my grandparents Cavapoo went in for a summer cut. The groomer also cut her (quite noticeably) on her privates and have denied responsibility; telling them only when they collected her that she had knots and would probably lick it as they cut it short when my nan called to inform them they had actually cut the dog (after my nan had cleaned up blood and taken her to the vets who confirmed she had been cut by the groomers) they denied it! And tried to say it was just because the dog was licking and the manager had checked her before she was collected and found that she was fineabsolutely appalling. Left the poor girl in pain, reluctant to go on her walks, or toilet. If they hadnt lied and had accepted responsibility this review wouldnt have been needed.
