        Great atmosphere and loads of specialist equipment for an effective, super safe workout. Also has a designated cardio area to improve your fitness levels. The owner Stuart. Cathey and there daughter Candice really know there stuff and are more than happy to help you reach your goals. I have been to most of the gyms in Colchester and this one is hands down the best around

        Second year in a row using Hamiltons when Im back for Christmas. Just simple, high quality equipment with friendly people. Months membership with 24 hour access was perfect and meant I could keep training all Christmas without worrying about restricted opening times. Wish this was my local gym.
