Great training, gives you everything you need to know, from food, training programme etc and if your complete beginner like I was then he will really build your confidence up quickly, I had the biggest anxiety over gym til I went with Graeme. Definitely recommend

I couldnt recommend Graeme more, hes just brilliant at what he does and one of the nicest, kindest people youll ever meet. A few months ago I recovered from an injury and I wanted to get back in shape but I wasnt very keen on joining group classes. I thought about trying a PT as I wanted to learn to work out alone and focus on my own individual goals but I had no idea where to start. I had never lifted weights and I didnt know what to expect from PT sessions. I met with Graeme before I started working with him and he spend a lot of time with me to understand what I was hoping to get out of the sessions and to explain how it all worked and answer a ton of questions. I would have been more than happy just to learn the basics, to find my way around the gym and how to follow a training programme for my sessions alone, but what I got from the months I worked with Graeme was so much more than that. Im now confident training on my own and Ive made a lot of progress in a short amount of time. I lost weight, built muscle, gained a lot of strenhth and regained mobility I had lost due to injuries. I also learned loads about nutrition, movement and correct posture to stay safe and injury free. But what was even more important to me in the end is all the other stuff I would have never expected to learn in PT sessions. Graeme is not just a fantastic PT but also a wonderful, caring and intuitive person. He helped me with a lot of other things like dealing with fears, challenging negative mindsets and building genuine trust which is something Ive always struggled with. I dont think there is a type of person Graeme couldnt work with, but if you struggle with fear, anxiety, self-doubt, trauma or anything stopping you from getting fit and feeling more grounded and in control of your body, you would not find a better person to work with. Thank you so much for everything Graeme, Im forever grateful!

Graeme is super helpful, incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely encouraging. I feel more confident exercising, am lifting heavier weights than I previously could and feel both physically and mentally better than when I started. Would highly recommend.

Despite having no experience with the gym and being low on self-confidence, Graeme immediately made me feel at ease. Striving to not only help with advice and support when I felt I was struggling with the exercises and equipment, but to getting to know me as we worked together, making it much more personable than I expected from the gym/personal training experience. Over the six months that he's been my P.T., I've never been physically fitter and more confident than I am at this moment, one stone lighter! Couldn't have asked for more from him, would recommend to anyone!
