Having been coached by Ben for a number of years, I highly recommend his services. A true professional in every sense. Ben has the ability to coach in a firm, but friendly way, making sure goals are met and progress is made. He responds extremely quickly to questions and plans are ALWAYS sent within a few hours after check in. Ben doesnt only care about fitness results he cares about the whole wellness of his clients including, mental and physical aspects of health. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

If you are looking for a life style or to bulk or get lean then Ben is definitely the man to coach you. I have been with Ben for nearly 2 years and he knows his stuff. When i was searching for a coach i was specifically looking for someone that would take thier time and understand my needs and get me to my desired goal. I came acros Ben and haven't regretted it. Having been working with Ben for two years now I've really enjoyed and learnt a lot from him and I've massively transformed my physique from where we started. He's always available whenever I've needed him and gives me plenty of feedback and adjusts things as and where required and takes into account any considerations you may have. One of the best prep coaches I know. If you need to lose weight for a healthy lifestyle or want to get on stage I couldnt recommend anyone more knowledgable or qualified.
