STAY AWAY!!!Terrible company. Zero value to customer service . I am pretty sure this company has the customer service staff sitting somewhere in india or something. They order stuff directly to manufacture as the order comes and just manage the customer service side and manage that terribly. The staff is rude, ill informed and dont know anything. I ordered the initial batch from here so got stuck and had to repeat purchase to extend patio but definitely wont be using them again in future. Save yourself a headache and STAY AWAY!!!

OK, so the customer services isn't great, due to a lack of communication and I had to wait longer than the email said, but I would use this company again, slabs turned up yesterday, packing was tight and nothing was broken, which I was over the moon about due to how long I had to wait. The product it self is amazing, my neighbours can't believe the price I paid, worth the wait. Cheers

This company will frustrate you, I have been calling for 3 days to get my order from them and they still havent been able to tell me when the order will be delivered, its already over 10 working days they promised. They have made me spend above my budget due to their delay in delivering the order. The most frustrating thing is same lady picks the call to tell you the same thing over and over again, and she would only pick may be after the 11th try! I regret buying from them.

Shockingly bad customer service I had over 15 porcelain slabs that were damaged in various pallets, your asked to make a claim and send photos in of damaged slabs. Clearly showed different slabs chipped and broken they argued that many images were the same! They then asked to keep the slabs as they can not refund without picking up the slabs first... How as a tradesman can you finish a job for a cleint having to wait so long for replacing or refunding damages? I will never recommend or use this company again. You have been warned.
