Osteopathy with Emily

Been seeing Emily for well over a a year when I started having lower back problems I would wake up during the night and could barely move .the treatment she gave me really helped and she gave me tips and exercises which help ,I see her once a month to keep on top off the issue she also helped me out with shoulder and neck problems as well .i recommend anyone who's struggling with pain to go and see her

I visited Emily after being recommended to her by a friend. I was suffering with a lot of back trouble and after 3 visits over a month and a continuation of home exercise its feeling a lot better. The location is easy to find and Emily is very professional and I found her very easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend.

Emily has worked wonders for me. Having trapped my sciatic nerve and not being able to walk without awful pain Emily has got me walking and mobile again. She is very professional and makes you feel totally at ease. I would highly recommend her .

Emily is incredibly talented and thorough - I knew something wasnt quite right but I couldnt put my finger on it.. Emily recognised them straight away.. High Blood Pressure which I was completely unaware of... The treatment for my back / legs / shoulders was incredible.. It felt like I was walking 2 foot taller the following day too.. The exercises are simple and most importantly they are achievable .. Definitely one of Colchester's hidden treasures...
