After waiting a considerable amount of time a member of staff eventually came to the desk and told me I would have to wait 15-20 minutes to be served! Not good customer service!

I will never forget. My partner has become bed bound and unfortunately bent an arm on his reading glasses. I went into the shop in desperation and the kind gentleman said leave it to me and fixed it within minutes. How refreshing to find kind, thoughtful, empathetic people. Thanks again. Glenda

Very dissapointed today with the stanway branch . it seems since maurice my optition left as well as caroline and rosa on the front desk who were fantastic the place is a shambles ,either the new staff have no idea except pratik or just are not helpful, today i went in to order contact lenses and after ten minutes of waiting by the desk and in full view of the assistant i was finally seen but only to be told she couldnt take my order until she had seen the two people before me . I thought maybe she would just take down my name and number and how many i required but it was a straight NO . if the staff cant multitask then have more people working .when i called a few weeks ago i had a five minute call with an assisant with hiccups that was quite a tough conversation then two days after this time a chap who couldnt help me because hes usually in the ipswich branch but was covering for the girl who i had discussed my problem with . This place was better when it was the co op and i now will take my buisness elsewhere . no personel touch anymore .you are just a number .M Griggs

Eyes tested for yearly check up, Glasses ordered completely satisfied with service ,quality,and nothing to complain about.
