        I had my eyes tested at vision express Colchester. My intention was to to order some eyewear from an online outlet as there is obviously a far wider range to choose from. When I asked if that was everything I needed to purchase something elsewhere I was told that they would absolutely not give me the measurements that were required to do so. This was the sole reason for my visit there. Very disappointed.

        Took in a prescription and chose two pairs of glasses. Went to try them on and they had the wrong strength lenses in! The lenses didnt match my written prescription, the computer system also didnt match my written prescription or the one in the glasses! Sadly put me off ever returning.
