Cants Roses

Just had a call from my amazing friend. Whom was ecstatic about her Sunfire rose. She was amazed with the health of the plant and root system, the care of packaging and the over night delivery. I was a little worried about buying from an unknown website, but the happiness of my friend speaks volumes for this company. I would not hesitate to shop directly from them again, or recommend them to anyone.

If I could give ono stars, I would. Completely forgot to deliver a rose ordered a couple of weeks ago, for delivery a specific day, for a birthday. I got an apologetic phone call which, for me, goes no way to make amends. So I'm afraid from my experience I'd never trust them again.

The wrong rose was sent, but after reporting this to Cants they sent the one I ordered within a week.

I bought 2 patio standard Rose's for my mums birthday. We followed every piece of advise from the cants booklet, the buds on the Rose's died before they came out 2 years in a row and the rose never properly grew. When I phoned, the lady was exceptionally unhelpful. I asked to returnthe rose as all other rose specialists have a 5 year guarantee. She refused and has not emailed back since.
