Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool Colchester

They are the worst. All they care about is money money money. I pulled my son out because he was never happy. Always came home with a wet nappy to the point he developed a nappy rash. They still owe me 60 which I doubt i will ever get back

I used to take my child to Kiddi Caru Colchester and I used to be impressed with the nurseries services. Unfortunately, I can no longer say this is the case as the nursery was extremely unsatisfactory when refunding has to be done. I took my son 3 morning sessions and with the hours he received, I used to pay approximately 140-150 monthly. Last summer there were several days and weeks when the nursery didnt take him in because of staff had covid. They sent us emails and told us verbally that this will be refunded. My son wasnt in 3 days in July and 3 in August 2021. Since then Im calling and emailing them monthly to ask for my refund and nothing happens. Also I recommended the nursery to a friend and didnt get the 50 voucher either. I cant say how disappointed I am.

Kiddi carru is a fantastic nursery to work in and allow your children to attend. Its full of wonderful staff who are so caring and dedicated to their job role. The staff were so helpful when I came from Kiddi carru in Chelmsford to help out. They were all so friendly and keen to get to know me. I loved working here for a few days. The children are wonderful and were are all very happy. Beautiful gardens aswell to brighten the day. Thanks guys !
