Upon arrival Judith was cold and rather rude and shut the door in my mother in laws face not explaining to her that she was going to deal with her enquiries through the porch window, much like a drive thru. Judith was impatient with my mother in law, who has recently been widowed. I even caught Judith rolling her eyes in disgust at my children who could be heard laughing whilst waiting in the car. I think it may be time Judith finds a role not working within the public sector. Had it not been that my mother in law urgently needed her documents I wouldnt of continued with using her Judiths services. Do better Judith, kindness and manners do not cost a thing!
