Modern Touch Nails

Booked 22/02 for 07/03 - for three sets of gel powder nails and two pedicures. Asked how many seats there were for pedis and was told two. Took my name, my number and the time. Was refused entry on the day as the appointments were not written down in their book! The nail tech even argued with me (in front a shop full of clients) that I rang the wrong number when I showed them the call log and the date displaying the number on their door she did not apologise or retract her behaviour. Poor customer service, lack of manners, rude, argumentative and not to mention the booking was for my friends wedding!! Maybe you should train your male receptionist how to take down dates and times so you dont loose over 100 next time!!

What more can I say, they know that they are good. As they are a busy company, you may feel a bit dismissed but they are focusing on quality and don't have alot of people working there. Once you sit, they offer you a drink and listen to what you would like done. They have made my nails looking like a million Bucks unfailingly
