Never repaired our phone to a satisfactory level then when we returned it they said it would not be covered under warranty and that we would have to pay further to reinstate something they previously repaired.

Store was messy and muddly couldn't really find what I was looking for. Couldn't find a staff member to ask. Used the toilet facilities, gents was discussing my wife reports ladies was in a similar condition. Visited about 1:30ish and getting in and out of the car park was horrendous. Despite there being a lot of available parking spaces. Very glad I don't need to shop here.
