        Service and product information excellent. Delivery on time and unpacked ready for me to start playing. The Yamaha Arius is perfect for my standard and in white exterior it fits perfectly in my bedroom of my apartment. The perfect size.

        What can I say when I've just received the most brilliant service from probably the best music shop in Essex, nay, the UK??? Tim was exceptional in his expertise and advice regarding the parts I needed for my Yamaha AXP500 guitar. The parts arrived 14 days earlier than expected. Thus enabling me to continue my European tour uninterrupted. 5 Stars are not near enough!!! Thank you Tim!!!!
