Stephen has really helped me get my wrist back in action for CrossFit. He takes time to listen to what is happening, patiently analyses the issue and then takes you through the process of fixing it. I highly recommend a visit to Stephen Batchelor. After my first visit I came away feeling relieved as Steve explained exactly why and where my pain was. I can already feel the difference. He gave me exercises which he fully explained and demonstrated and observed me doing them as well and also has sent an email plus video so I can refer to them too. He is professional, knowledgeable and reassuring, as I was concerned that my injury was not going to get better as it had been already 18 months. I was also impressed by his pre appointment information request. Thank you Steve.

Stephen was absolutely brilliant! He put me at ease straight away, and identified the issue with complete clarity. He thoroughly explained to me the cause of my pain, and walked me through all the correct excersises, with great patience and care. I was really pleased to receive a rapid email after the appointment, going over everything we covered, with recordings of the excersises we went through.
