Majority of staff dont care, very rough with residents, management are bullys to anyone thats not family or friends with them outside work, residents sat in wet clothes for most of the day as carers dont want to toilet them as too much work, if residents start making noise management tell you to quiet them down as they too noisy. I Would NEVER put my family member in this home its a disgrace, everything you read in the paper about this home and Runwood are true

My Late Nan's care whilst at Loganberry Lodge on rose unit was remarkable the staff work hard to give person centered care and nothing is to much of an ask for them each unit had a set of dedicated staff , they promote dignity and independence for residents whilst encouraging them to make informed decisions and keeping loved one's in the loop , they have an outstanding wellbeing team and the most helpful and understanding admin team and the management team prioritise the residents and are well equipt to run the home and quick to solve any issues that may arise and have open door policy to residents family and friends allowing everyone to feel welcome and safe as well as being heard as a family member they are extremely approachable and hard working the atomphere in the home is so welcoming every unit having its own personal touch when nan passed as a family we were supported by the entire home I will always be grateful

My mum is at Logenberry has been there 2 years .: I have nothing bad to say all I can say is I love Logenberry lodge and everyone there .. the permanent staff are fantastic well being staff they are just amazing fantastic with our mum kitchen staff .laundry staff house keeping staff all very good reception staff so friendly and helpful with a capital F&H .. management. If I need anything I can go to any of them and they are there to help they do what they can .when they can . Not only do they surport and look after mum they surport us to always there for advice , there door is always open to everyone .. everyone who comes through the door gets welcomed with an hello from any one of the staff they have all become mums family and ours too .. its mums home now Im more then happy for it to be so

As soon as I stepped in I felt an immensely warm and welcoming atmosphere in the very spacious, homely main areas. The management team were very approachable and sincere, and very clear in their communication - you felt you could trust them completely. Equally, all of the staff were very friendly and upbeat, giving the home such a supportive, family feel.
