I stopped working for the company in Dec 2022 but they are still my number one go-to for jewellery repairs. I recently brought in an emerald and diamond half eternity band in to be re-sized and it was sent to the workshop for a quote. The quote was reasonable and I was happily surprised at how rapidly the ring was returned from the workshop. The quality of the work that was carried is phenomenal and Im very happy that a ring which was previously unwearable is now the perfect fit!

Friendly staff, but overall not good communication. Made the experience a lot more confusing than it needed to be. Had a call to quote me a repair price, which I agreed to, then had a call a week later to say I hadn't contacted them in time and they had no record of me speaking to them and the repair had been sent back incomplete, even though i explained i had spoken to them 4 days prior and said I was happy with the quote? Then when i arrived to collect the repair the quoted price had doubled. I was confused as I was quoted 25 not 44? The person on the phone obviously quoted me for one of the repairs and not both, so big miscommunication on their end which left me very surprised, but by then the repair had already been done so I had no choice to pay. Wouldnt use again due to them not really having a clue whats going on and leaving me surprised i had to pay double than i was quoted...little bit sneaky since i had no choice but to pay at that point
