Start Rescue

Unfortunately I had to use them today whilst towing a caravan which was very stressful. The app was fantastic. It was very easy to use and I received a phone call straight away (from Debbie if I remember correctly) who was lovely and her main concern was that I was stopped in a safe place. She was very helpful and caring. The tow truck came within the hour on a bank holiday, they phoned me to confirm my location, went over the fault with my car on the phone as well as thoroughly checking my car when they got to me. I am very impressed with the service and they are very reasonably priced. I will be renewing with them when my policy runs out.

Second time I've needed Start rescue. A car driver reversed into my bike and trashed the front brakes. Start rescue collected me and my bike within 1 hour of calling. Brilliant service. Thanks

I was very impressed with the service and the lady who dealt with me was very good.I hope I don't need to use the service again but if I do I have every confidence in it.

I unfortunately broke down yesterday evening with my children in the car just off a dual carriage way, I had recently taken out a breakdown policy with start rescue based on reviews I had read. I have to say I was not let down Start rescue where quick in answering the phone and did everything to talk me through the next steps and offered me so much reassurance! They made sure I was quickly recovered due to my location and young passengers on board and even made sure I could track the location of the breakdown recovery and gave a great time estimate and I also recieved a call to let me know when the breakdown vehicle was nearby. I believe the call handler who took my call was Luke, he was great calming and reassuring! I would highly recommend Start rescue and I am very pleased with the price I paid.
