        Terrible, waiting for too long every time. Happened few times to queue for long time, told to come back in45 min and to be told they haven't got the meds i need.

        Terrible pharmacy. I changed to this pharmacy for my next batch prescription due to the Royal Mail strikes as I was getting my prescriptions delivered by another pharmacy. Tesco pharmacy never text me or let me know in any way if my prescription is ready even though they have my mobile number. When I phone them they don't answer or suddenly get a disconnected signal after a few rings. So, still don't have my prescription - avoid then if you can.

        I must admit last year I left a bad review for this pharmacy, but on reflection and using other pharmacies this pharmacy is so much more friendly and reliable, when you are a regular customer they get to know you they remember your name, yes some times you have to wait a bit longer but that's because the pharmacy is popular with regular customers, the staff take their time to help you and explain about the medication you have been prescribed, To be totally honest I've never had a problem with the amazing staff that go out of their way to help you.... Just give them a chance.
