I have shopped at Next for many years but this was my first visit to the Colchester branch I needed a suit for a wedding so went upstairs to the men's department and browsed the options, four girls watched me go back and fourth from the changing room not once asking me if I neede help or advice , they even stood in the way of where I needed to walk and continued to chat about a guy one of them was seeing I must of spent an hour in there and not approached once , if I didn't need a suit so bad I would have gone somewhere else , disgusting customer service will not return

I came on 9 october in the afternoon and the asian guy was so helpful and sweet. The lady at the counter not so much
