We first approached Chewton Rose about a Grade II listed property near Colchester where we dealt with Marcus. Having secured our dream property, we then asked them to sell our own property, and Marcus also dealt with the sale. Throughout the whole process, both in terms of the purchase and sale, Marcus was incredibly efficient and diligent in ensuring that the process was as painless as possible and nothing was too much trouble.
