Sold the property in 5 weeks from viewing to completion! It all started with Matt's valuation and excellent advice and Sammy kept me informed at every stage after an offer was made. The support from Knight West was superb - checking the empty property and reading meters so I didn't have to traipse over to Colchester every week. I wouldn't hesitate to use Knight West again and cannot recommend them too highly.

Knight West have made selling our house a stress free experience from start to finish. No questions we had were too much trouble and they have been brilliant at keeping us updated. Matt and Toby were great dealing with putting our property on the market and organising viewings. Once we had a sale agreed on our property Sammy has been absolutely fantastic working on our sale, ensuring everything ran smoothly at all times. Thank you to all at knight West!

Knightwest were nothing but brilliant. First off, the incredible marketing of our home made it stand out from the rest on the market. Having dealt with many estate agents in the process of searching for our next home, Knightwest topped them all. Their customer service is a huge priority and we felt like we knew all of the team well by the end of the transaction. Notably, Ross, Toby, Lewis and Sammy made everything about the process slick and easy. They were on our side all the way, even when having to chase paperwork with other parties involved. Communication was very clear, we were kept informed all the way through. Ultimately we sold our house for well over asking price and cannot fault Knightwest. Thank you for everything. Dan & Roxi.

Thankyou to everyone at Knight west. Especially to Sammy who has been nothing but amazing the whole way through. Thank-you Sammy for everything, you really have gone the extra mile and been Spectacular !!! Also Ross, Lewis and Faye and everyone else I have dealt with over the course of buying my first home. They have all been so lovely to talk with and the communication has been very quick and spot on. They have made the process so much easier to deal with at every stage. I would recommend to everyone. I have friends buying homes with other agents at the moment and I have heard some horror stories. Nothing of the sort with Knight West and they will be the first people i will go to in future when I need their services again. Thank-you so much everyone :) x
