Andrei installed a new boiler and programmer for us. He worked until late in the evening to make sure we had the system up and running for the next day in a cold snap and still had time to give us some advice on our central heating system and clear everything up before he went home. His charges were very reasonable and he was thorough and meticulous in his work. Andrei is a great worker and a nice guy to have around. We are delighted with the results and would certainly get him again in future for any plumbing or heating work if he was available. We would fully recommend him.

Our boiler decided to pack up. This guy came out within hours, ordered the part and came back the next day and had us up and running. Lovely guy highly recommend.

I highly recommend Gold Star Plumbing and Heating - Andrei is a star! Super professional and friendly. I had to call an emergency plumber after-hours after discovering a leak in the mains pipe in kitchen. Andrei was upfront about timings and cost from the first conversation so there were no surprises. He arrived when he said he would and got straight to it, isolating the mains supply and fixing the leak successfully in little under 20 minutes. Top notch!

I cannot fault Andrei in any way! His experience is second to none and the level of service was brilliant! We needed a new boiler installed and moved to a different wall - not the easiest job for a plumber, but Andrei has completed the job without any issues at all, very efficient, fast and at a great price too! We will no longer look for quotes when we need a plumber again. Andrei is our go to plumbing and heating engineer from now on for everything we will need in the future - and we will for sure!
