A really great experience from booking and attending the viewing all the way up to moving in. Have been quick to rectify any issues or questions we had and its been overall smooth sailing. Have great communications with both landlords and tenants, keeping everyone in the loop and were looking forward to making this house our home :) Professional staff, efficient and friendly - a much better experience than with our previous estate agent!!

Landlords, beware! Tamara and Layla produced fake documents/invoices at the end of tenancy, and fake cleaning certificates, carpet, and garden cleaning invoices were also fake. Additionally, they didn't do quarterly inventory. It's hard to trust both since they lie so much. Furthermore, they only deducted 100 pounds from the tenant deposit, and I had to pay for the damages out of my own pocket, which amounted to 650. Be careful guys...
