100 fine for queuing to wait for an available parking. Appalling! On a busy day (with a child and a grandmother in the car) we waited in the carpark for 20 mins until a space became available. Then paid for the remaining 3 hours and left on time. A week later a letter in the post to pay 100 because the ticket didn't cover the first 20 minutes we weren't in effect parked. It's not possible to buy a ticket for the past and there aren't any visible notices (that you can see from the car) to warn you not to queue. Euro Car Parks aren't in the business of parking, they're in the business of extortionate fining! Be warned - if the park is full, leave immediately and go somewhere else!

Very complicated payment machines, poor gravel surface, steep ramp into car park. It's a block of land turned into a car park. Overall it's not very user friendly. I use this twice a month and I do not like it. I've watched loads of people struggle with the payment machines and I've been fined when I thought I'd paid correctly. The screens are at an inconvenient height, the user interface is very poor, often payments aren't taken properly and the app is probably better to use (this isn't acceptable for new users and those without smart phones). There is a steep ramp into the car park, and the surface is compacted gravel which isn't very good for people with reduced mobility. There is a street level exit, so you don't have to walk down the ramp. It's a good location, but Euro Carparks have put in the absolute minimum level of infrastructure to take your payment and use ANPR to enforce and that's it.
