My first experience purchasing over the phone and arranging to collect my Christmas sale items was second to none, Sally was lovely on the phone putting my order together and when I arrived to collect my items they were neatly wrapped and ready in the signature canvas Neptune bag. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and I certainly will be returning to purchase more items theres a gorgeous array of items to browse and purchase. Theres also plenty of parking and a cafe in the garden centre next door I look forward to visiting again soon

Very beautiful store. Full of ideas and inspiration. Very friendly and attentive staff. It is a pleasure to visit this store and it is impossible to leave without bringing something beautiful with me.

Really disappointed to visit here today, it was our first time there just scoping out the homeware with all intentions to buy items for our new home, however, unfortunately it played out very similarly to the "pretty woman" scene -where our presence seemed all but dismissed when another couple whom i can only assume looked like they were wealthier than us got a very polite greeting on their arrival which is something that we both recognised that we did not receive at all. It made us both feel very unwelcome and like we shouldn't be shopping there. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend visiting here.
