Honest, friendly, helpful and professional! We needed a solid Internet connection in our garden gym/office, octopus supplied the cable so I could lay myself and then connected everything up for us so I could save money. Great comms can't rate enough.

Would highly recommend as we are delighted with Octopus. On the initial site visit Jonathan suggested installing some additional cables under the floor space and leaving coiled for future use. We hadn't considered this and it made sense in case we changed the office configuration at a later date.He also fitted cables in the ceiling space for us so we can fit a WAP in the centre of the office. Another great suggestion! Octopus were very understanding when we had to postpone the initial date and did their best to re-arrange the work for us. The team were very professional, on time, friendly and tidy. Thank you.
