Very difficult to deal with. Say they only deal with trade but are happy to mix payment and responsibilities. No idea why in this day and age they would complicate things so much. All very well until theres a problem with your kitchen. More understanding of contact law should be installed buy the directors, as the store staff are misleading customers but not having adequate understanding ( ie goods and service and consumer rights act 2015)
