Prior to seeing Mr Williams, I had spent two years suffering with constant ankle pain and instability. I had seen other health care professionals who dismissed the pain and instability, advising me to rest until it felt better. I was regularly taking time off of work, I had given up running and could no longer wear boots or tighten my laces without aggravating the injury. During my first appointment Mr Williams was quick to see the underlying cause of my pain and instability - pointing out I was suffering from two different issues. Mr Williams explained to me that the pain I was suffering from was due to the cartilage being worn away and that the instability was due to my ligaments having been stretched during a past injury. I underwent a simple MRI and a follow up appointment which confirmed Mr Williams' diagnosis. Mr Williams gave me a detailed explanation of the different options available to me, which allowed me to make the decision to press ahead with a surgical repair. On the day of my surgery, the care and courtesy I received from Mr Williams and his team was beyond excellent. I felt at ease from the moment of arrival and was well cared for throughout the day. I no longer feel any pain or discomfort in the ankle and the problem with instability seems like a distant memory. I highly recommend Mr Williams and his team. I have been able to resume my passion for running; I no longer need time off of work and I can wear my footwear without any discomfort. My only regret was not seeing him sooner! 10/10. Top quality.

Mr Williams explained the problem clearly, encouraged me to ask questions and bring someone in with me to remember the answers, and ensured I was treated quickly, kindly and efficiently.
