Leaving a review as don't feel that this surgery deserves the low rating that it has. We've had no problems whatsoever, the staff, GPs, nurses and receptionists are always polite, friendly and most importantly helpful. If you come in before 10am, you're guaranteed to get an appointment which not all surgeries offer. Our experience is that they provide nothing but outstanding service!

What can I say? I wouldnt even give them one star ,the receptionist that is for sure ,yeah diabolical no help. Dont care. If youre in pain. They have no time for patience whatsoever. Awful practice.

Disgraceful, get a call to go for a Physio appointment and no ones opening the door. Waited around for 20 mins, shambolic!!

Not so good anymore I have issues with my phone numbers and it's their end and they won't take responsibility When they call me they can hear me but I am unable to hear them and this is my phone and my wife's phone because her phone has been put on to my profile so that proves to me it's not my end. What can I do about this? Nothing This is not my provider. There is a blip in the surgery system And they won't take any responsibility or even try This has put my health at risk. I've taken drastic action to get a landline installed When all I had to do was take my numbers down and refresh the account. But no it's my fault. So it's cost me a lot of money to buy new phones and to get a landline installed just because I'm not believed. I'm being reduced of medication. I've had not one call regarding this. Not even a text or a message on my phone's which works. It seems all the best doctors have gone and now we have to mix our GPs who doesn't look at your previous notes and you have to go through it all again In fact, a lot of my medical history has gone missing I just wished I could find a surgery that would treat you like a human being rather than a number. And I'm not just saying parsons heath. It could be many of the surgeries around Colchester They are all joined together They certainly don't make anything easy The reception said we get thousands of calls and it's never happened before. Well, don't they realize that I also get a lot of incoming calls and it's never happened before. That works both ways Not in the doctor's favor. It's just not fair and I need to be heard if I'm out and about. I can't receive calls from them as they need to get the IT to have a look at it
