        We popped in on a Saturday and book 7 nights in Tenerife for the following Friday. Absolutely no issues at all. Everything went to plan and the resort, flights and transfers were all spot on. The only thing was, we asked for a room that was above the ground floor, this didnt happen but actually worked in our favour so I cant complain about that! Superb holiday and well definitely book through TUI again!

        I couldn't find a holiday suitable for what I was looking for however Gary from tui Colchester found me exactly what I wanted for the right price. Wouldn't go anywhere else

        We had a great time booking today with Gazza. We found him very helpful and he made us feel at ease with our holiday plans. We came away feeling well informed about our first cruise and really appreciated his personal notes on everything we booked.

        I'm very confident that I will get excellent service from this shop and particularly from Gary whose knowledge and attention to detail is excellent. I know too thatit is easy to change if something needs to be altered. They are access able by phone and u get to talk to a real person
