        Great staff ..brilliant place from NHS for tests ...

        For being few minutes late they said that they wont do the scan that I have been waiting for, there was only one person waiting to be seen ahead of me, and when I asked to rebook my appointment to the receptionist, said to go to the GP for rebooking I went to the GP they said to me GP only do referrals not redo booking as they dont have any direct connections with this Center, what is the point of a receptionist. I have rebooked and told me to wait another month for it for a 5 minute scan I have to wait again, but these staff cannot wait for few minutes. I wont even give them 1 half star. Why are we paying taxes for them to reject us. Disgusting, No wonder why their CQC rating is Under requirement.

        Fast, efficient, clean and very helpful, friendly staff! Who would want to go to the hospital when you can go in, get treatment and leave. Would thoroughly recommend

        Shocking establishment frequent reminders of appointments which they can't open and provide the service. waiting outside now No notification of cancellation due to staff sickness or shortage. Sad thing is clinician is present but no one can enter the premises. NHS referrals should be seriously reconsidered with this 2 bit organisation.
