I needed to take my in law out for the evening to view the RHS winter lights. The website to book a wheelchair was easy to use. Staff are amazing and the wheelchair took the anxiety out of an evening out.

Limited range of low quality equipment. My son ended up with a wheelchair which was too big and a leg attachment which prevented the brake from staying on. Very limited opening times for collection or return. No parking available on site. I realise this is a charity so would advise anybody to donate if they want to but this is being operated as a business and in that respect, offers very poor value for money.

Well these are sights from the area. The red Cross needs no introduction. The river is ancient and dotted with villages and boats. The skies so near to the North Sea are exciting windswept with dramatic angles of light and dark. Many places near her attract artists! Like myself.

Our daughter broke her leg and the Red Cross sorted us out within an hour with a wheelchair, bath stool and trolley. Staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
