Lovely, helpful and friendly staff. Visited a month ago and spoke to Mandy who answered all my questions and went through products with me. Which I bought and as a result, returned to buy more today. A member of Jose also served me twice as well, very friendly and approachable.

There was this indecisive customer in front of me at the till who was taking a very long time to decide which product to choose. Both a member of staff and the manager(she) were helping this difficult customer. However, after my request to pay on another till, the manager refused to open the other till to serve me and other frustrated customer behind me.
I wish shops like this recognise the importance of customer service. They must provide a great service otherwise they have no business.
