Louise is a fantastic person with lots of knowledge and enthusiasm. I highly recommend taking this course if you want to learn more about the pelvic floor and bring the theory into practice.

This is my second pelvic floor course with Louise and Adore Your Pelvic Floor. I can't begin to tell you how knowledgable Louise is on this subject..there isn't anything she doesn't know. What I have learnt will allow me to really support my clients. The reading material, videos and resources the accompany the course are excellent. I would highly recommend this course to up skill yourself and to feel confident in sharing this knowledge with others.

I recently took part in the Adore Your Pelvic Floor CPD, and it was amazing. Louise if full of enthusiasm on a subject rarely talked about, but that impacts so many lives. The content was aimed perfectly to those on the course and Louise encouraged interaction between empowering our learning. I have come away with few simple ideas which I've used immediately as a pilates instructor and may more that I will develop into future sessions/workshops.
