        DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Myself and 7 other businesses were left without a place to work after an ongoing dispute between the landlord (owner of this company) and the energy company left the premises without power. No one in the building was aware of the situation until it happened and still to this day we have not had correspondence from Jordec! Along with that our rent and deposit has not been returned!!! Do not fall for his horrific scam!

        Do not use this service. We hired an office space for a year and a half for our building to be unusable with no warning due to landlord not paying electric bill. 7 other businesses were affected and John has run away with our months rent and 2500 deposit. STAY AWAY.
