        Andy from SEH BAC was really lovely, he went through all of the conservatory options with us and answered our questions. He went above and beyond when my title wasn't available on the online form (I use Mx) and made sure it was on my paperwork. Overall very very pleased. We've only had the initial quote so far but I am not worried about the process going forward.

        Clean spaciously set showroom with a very good selection of doors, french doors/Bi-Fold etc. Good selections of various door dressing and glass selections too. Staff not intrusive but there when required and knowledgeable when questioned re products. We had Alex visit us for a quote and he was extremely patient and had lots of suggestions, answers and explanations if there was something that couldn't be done. Couldn't have asked for more. We had all of our windows installed by SEH BAC approx 10 years ago and we have now placed an order for a Conservation front door and Aluminium French doors and so far I have no reason to doubt the service, quality or craftmanship to be delivered. Alex has been at the end of the phone for any questions, first class and I am sure that this will continue through to the end when the job is finished and all is installed. I will update!!!!
