Resident's beds not made they make them their selves or they don't get done. Staff always talking to other staff members not listening to the resident. One resident was locked outside they forgot he was there. Sick bowls left in residents room and not being removed. Manager doesn't even notice what is going on in the home, she should be checking everything is ok. Would definitely not put a family member in that home now. Heart breaking for residents.
