Been trying to rent a place, and i can't believe it takes 3 weeks to do this. It was also the referencing companies fault, Homelet. They would email me the same stupid questions over and over again that I do not have the answer for about my guarantors. They also have the nerve to email me saying that my referencing is outstanding and that I would have to chase them, even though i have been chasing them for a week. They don't even want to call you. Instead of doing the guarantor details first to see you are able to rent the flat, they will of course take the security deposit and send emails saying that your guarantor has failed, following with more stupid emails and then refusing to refund some deposit back for the complete waste of time and unprofessionalism. They can't even give me the contact details of a Manager so I can give a complaint. 0 stars. that's all i can say.
