        My mum had a lot of items to donate. Arranged for collection, picked 2 dates & nothing! She called & they said they'd call back.....nothing. Just be truthful & say if you can collect or not, want the stuff or not & stop wasting peoples times. I could have taken it all to the tip, but why dump a working tv, working kitchen appliances, glasses, cups etc.....

        I went into the British heart foundation and to tell the truth it stunk in there there's a employer who stuck of beo the whole shop stuck I had to walk out and get some fresh air

        Lots and lots of dvds. Couldn't look at the brica brac because a female staff member was blocking it while putting things out, which should be done before it after the store is opened to customers. OK prices but not notably cheap.
