Nick and Paul went above and beyond for me last week to make sure I had what I needed at short notice. Probably the best customer service I ever received!

2022. Won't come here again. Too difficult to park due to poor parking of trucks operated by St Helena Hospice and their arrogant customers who park their Volvos over 2 spaces and deny the working man access while delivering their 'tat' next door. Pretty busy and airless. It's a shame the maximum of 4 customers inside is no longer applicable.

This is the second time I have been to this screwfix and I want to say thankyou for your advice and help each time absolutely brilliant customer service. This morning a lady helped me sort out which bolts I required. Screwfix will be my first stop for anything I need for home.

I want to thank Nick, Martine, Dray and Marie for all being fantastic ambassadors for this business. Whenever I buy anything from this branch of Screwfix, I never fail to be bowled over by the way I am treated with such kindness and courtesy. Recently, I suffered a bereavement and got rather 'mixed up' so ended up accidentally ordering one item from Peartree and another from Davey Close. However, these lovely people sorted it out for me and were able to provide me with the item I would otherwise had to have gone out of my way to collect. Nothing is too much trouble and because I am somewhat challenged in the mobility department - any heavy items are always brought out to my car. This branch is also very hot on data protection - because until Nick realised that a specific order was actually for me, he made sure that I could not scrutinise the paperwork! In my book this can only be another huge plus in terms of the care taken to protect customers' privacy.
