Difficult to rate. I can only assume the business model is quick turnover/quick profit. After sales follow up in response to any problems is zero. A great shame, because the original installation was very good. BUT no confidence in their ability to fix things later on. ..... several weeks later the situation remains ... no follow up ... no service whatsoever. Not really sure what my 3500 actually paid for beyond a boiler which I could have installed myself for 1500 and only prevented from doing so by HETAS regs. If it was me, I would go elsewhere. I am in contact with Worcester Boilers on this matter. Don't believe the hype. Expect a very basic and incomplete job.

We( partner and I) are so relieved that we were told about Air Technology and Steve when our boiler stopped working. We had got an emergency quote when we stopped getting hot water and we were given an amount that we just couldn't afford and would have had to look in to a big loan. Steve came around and gave us the best solution for what we already had in place. He gave us time and real evaluations of the situation. He even popped by checking work and was a hands on project manager over -seer as well as genuinely interesting , interested and decent guy. The hot water was on within a day of the guys coming around ( Rob and Kieran were superb) they even generously sorted a few other outstanding jobs that we had put aside - like fixing in a new dishwasher and drilling up a garden hose!. Thank you AirTec- we are very delighted that you are running your business in Colchester to such a high standard.
