Morning and evening and no email or anyone to answer phones if you need help. Like machine swallowing coins!!
The machines are 7.50 to run and only take coins and theres no change machine inside.
The floors are always dirty.
Ive paid for a service previously where I drop off cloths and they badly rolled them into bunches and put in bags. Not folded!?? Will not use this service again.
Im a tad irritated whist writing this as no one to help me right now.
Charlotte is the only decent member of staff she only does like 2 hours in the evening.
