Was previously on with another agent and the deal fell through. Decided to try a different agent and instructed Michael. House was sold at asking price (20k more than previous agent achieved) within 3 days of marketing. Just wish we'd used him first!!

Michael did a terrific job in selling both our properties! He was able to find suitable and reliable buyers for us within a matter of days... whereas other agents we had approached had taken months previously. His approach is professional, friendly and focuses on the detail of what makes the property something people would want to buy! He is supported by his team and especially Kirsty who did an amazing job with the follow up and final liaising with the buyers. We cannot recommend him highly enough!
